How we handle your information
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect. Your email address, the business name you give us (optional) and where you sell. We also record when you agreed to this notice.
Why. Only to tell you when PaidCheck launches and to ask for feedback about it. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't use tracking cookies, analytics or third-party fonts.
Where it's kept. In a database on a server we control. It's deleted if PaidCheck doesn't launch, or when you ask.
Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
Information Officer. Requests go to the PaidCheck Information Officer at privacy@smartyek.com.
